A SOFTWASH roof cleaning can last anywhere from 12 months to 24 months depending on several factors. Pressure Cleaned Roofs can last up to 12 months. When we send your estimate it will include the timeframe for your specific type of roof. Most soft washed concrete tile roof cleanings will last between 18 and 24 months.
