This policy explains what Powerwash Pros, LLC (“we,” “us”) collects when you use pwpfla.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site (estimate request, contact, touch-up request, or HOA board presentation request) we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form that includes your name, phone number, email address, service address, the services you are interested in, any message or notes, and for HOA requests your community, role, unit count, city, and timeframe. If you choose to attach photos of the area to be cleaned, we collect those too.

Please do not send us sensitive information through these forms — we do not need and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Used to understand which pages are useful.
• Microsoft Clarity — we use Clarity to see how visitors interact with the site. Clarity records session replays and heatmaps, which can capture mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and pages viewed. Clarity is configured to mask text you type into form fields, but you should assume your general activity on the site is recorded.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot check on our forms. It collects technical signals from your browser to confirm you are a person. It is not used to track you across other websites.
• Server logs — our host records standard request data including IP address.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule and perform the work.
• To contact you about that job by phone, text, or email.
• To keep records of jobs, invoices, and warranty or maintenance-program history.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• To send you offers, seasonal reminders, and maintenance notices — only if you separately opt in. Marketing consent is optional and is never a condition of getting a quote or having work done.

Marketing and how to stop it

Our forms include an optional, unchecked box for marketing messages. If you tick it, you may receive occasional emails or texts about seasonal offers and maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

You can stop at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or call us at (239) 221-9519 and ask to be removed. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about a job you have actually booked.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:

• Google — form submissions are delivered through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets and Gmail; analytics through Google Analytics. Any photos you attach are sent to us as email attachments — they are not added to the spreadsheet or kept in a separate photo library.
• Microsoft — Clarity analytics, as described above.
• Cloudflare — bot protection on forms.
• Our web host — which serves this site and keeps server logs.
• Where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and warranty obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you opt out. You can ask us to delete your information (see below) and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
• Opt out of marketing at any time, as described above.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less well.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and our forms are protected by a bot check. No website can promise perfect security, but we limit who can see submissions and we do not collect payment details online.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
