The PWP Seal Maintenance Warranty does not apply to live plant growth or weeds growing between pavers, stone, or concrete. Re-sanding and chemical treatments are available as an add-on to your touch-up or initial seal and help keep plant growth at bay, but are not guaranteed to last for extended periods. Recurring, persistent growth may need monthly treatments. In severe cases, more intensive work — such as removing pavers and installing additional underlayment — may be necessary.
